Privacypolicy.

Last updated October 15, 2026. Plain language, no surprises: what we collect, why, and how to control it.

Who we are

Kessler & Vance (“Kessler & Vance”, “we”, “us”) is a private advisory for men. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. You can reach us at any time at advisory@kesslerandvance.com.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you take the Scorecard, request a consultation, or book a Diagnosis Call, we collect your name, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, your Scorecard answers and resulting score, and anything you write in an application or message to us.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use it to keep the site secure and working.

This site does not currently use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not run behavioral advertising on it. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

How we use it

To send your Scorecard results; to respond to your enquiry; to schedule and run your Diagnosis Call; to follow up about our services, including a short series of emails after you take the Scorecard or book a call; to deliver and bill for services if you become a client; to improve the site and our programs; to keep our systems secure; and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate, under their own confidentiality and security obligations: website hosting; our customer-relationship, scheduling, and email platform (GoHighLevel); our business email provider; and, if you become a client, our payment processor (for example PayPal). We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or restructuring of the business.

If you work with us, the coaches and advisors on your engagement see the information needed to do that work. They are bound by written confidentiality obligations.

Discretion

Privacy is part of what we offer. We do not publish, post, or identify clients or their results without their separate written permission.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and follow up with you, and afterward for as long as needed for legitimate business, accounting, or legal reasons. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

Emails. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to advisory@kesslerandvance.com to opt out. We will still send messages about services you have booked or purchased.

Access, correction, deletion. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as receiving a copy of your data or appealing a decision. Email advisory@kesslerandvance.com and we will respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

Text messages. We do not send marketing text messages today. If we begin, we will ask for your separate consent first, and you will be able to reply STOP at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections and access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Where information is processed

We are based in the United States and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the site you understand that your information may be transferred there.

Age

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
